超导材料制备用真空等离子焊箱的研制

摘    要:根据NbTi超导材料电极焊接的工艺要求,研制出了NbTi电极焊接专用真空等离子焊箱。本文介绍了真空等离子焊箱的系统组成和功能。同时对自动焊接过程的实现作了详细的阐述,其涉及到了PID,PLC和伺服控制技术,该机的研制成功,极大改善了我国NbTi低温超导材料制备手段。

Abstract:According to the technical requirement of NbTi superconducting material electrodes welding, a kind of vacuum plasma welding equipment used for NbTi electrodes welding is developed. This paper introduces all vacuum plasma welding equipment subsystems and their functions. At the same time, the realization of automatic welding process is discussed in details, it is involved PID, PLC and servo control technologies. Success in development of this equipment greatly enhances the ability of low NbTi temperature superconducting material preparation in our country.
