Research on Measure Method of Real-Time Rotate Speed in Diesel Based on High Pressure Oil Pipe External Oil Pressure Signal

There are many character parameters in fuel pressure wave,which can be used as fault diagnosis parameters of fuel supply system and rotate speed in diesel engine.This paper introduces the method how to apply the diesel high pressure,oil pipe external,and oil pressure signal to pick-up real-time rotate speed,establishes the external pipe oil signal acquisition system,applies the Butterworth low pass filter to disposal high pressure oil pipe external and oil pressure signal,at last,averages the measure rotate speed.Experimental results show the testing method is effective and feasible.
