摘    要:液压系统在工业自动化中得到广泛应用,但是液压系统的泄漏问题普遍存在,它不仅污染了环境还降低了系统的效率,对液压系统泄漏进行预防和控制显得尤为重要,作者从液压系统的设计、液压元件的选择、密封件的选择、装配工艺、阀块的加工质量等诸多方面提出预防和控制液压系统泄漏的措施。

Abstract:The hydraulic system widely used in industrial automation, but hydraulic system leakage is ubiquitous which seriously pollute the environment and reduce the hydraulic system efficiency. Accordingly, it is particularly important to prevent and control the leakage in hydraulic system. Author bring forward the prevention and control measures for hydraulic system leakage, through the design of hydraulic system, the selection of hydraulic components and seals, the assembly technology, the machining techniques of hydraulic manifold and so on.
