能量回收式液压缸测试系统分析与研究

摘    要:依据液压缸试验标准GB/T 15622-2005《液压缸试验方法》,设计能量回收式液压缸测试系统回路.通过流体系统建模仿真软件建立液压缸试验系统回路模型.针对液压缸负载效率测试的复杂性,分析了基于能量回收式原理进行液压缸负载效率试验的可行性及特点,并根据实例进行液压缸试验节能效率的计算,从而进一步验证能量回收式原理进行液压缸试验系统模型设计的正确性和可行性.

Abstract:According to the hydraulic cylinder test standard named GB/T 15622-2005 the hydraulic cylinder test method,the power recovery hydraulic cylinder test circuit is designed.also,The model of hydraulic test system circuit is set up.As the complexity of hydraulic cylinder load efficiency,which brings a lot of difficulties for general test equipment to work,the reliability and characteristics of hydraulic cylinder load efficiency based on power recovery principle are analyzed.then,The energy-saving efficiency of hydraulic cylinder is computed with real parameters,finally,the feasibility of hydraulic cylinder test system model design based on power recovery principle is verified.
