摘    要:介绍了电液比例技术的国内外发展现状及电液比例控制技术的基本原理和特点.以大吨位塔机液压系统为例,阐述了双缸同步回路的工作原理,以及闭环比例控制技术在大吨位塔机液压系统中的应用.可为大吨位塔机液压系统的设计提供理论参考.

Abstract:In this paper,the actualities and development trend of the technology at home and abroad are introduced,and the basic principle and characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology are briefly introduced.Through the hydraulic system of large tonnage tower crane,we show the operation principles of the parallel cylinders synchronous system and closed-loop proportional control technology used in a large tonnage tower crane.This can be used as a theoretical preference when designing large tonnage tower crane hydraulic system.
