基于ANSYS的机械密封副的温度分析

摘    要:研究了机械密封副的稳态温度场,在合理的假设条件下,建立了机械密封场的温度数学模型。通过计算,求得相关的热流密度与对流换热系数,然后利用ANSYS13.0软件进行运算。着重考虑了介质流量和弹簧比压对温度场的影响,为机械密封的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper studies steady temperature field of the mechanical seal pair,a mathematical model of mechanical seal temperature field is established under reasonable assumptions.By calculation,heat flux and convective heat transfer coefficient is obtained.Then the temperature field of the mechanical seal is calculated by ANSYS13.0.Focus on considering the medium flow and spring pressure on the temperature field,which provides a theoretical basis of the mechanical seal's design.
