水泥厂的生产过程自动控制设计

在新型干法水泥生产中,生产过程的自动控制对提高水泥窑的产量、控制熟料的质量、减少粉尘的排放起着关键的作用,针对水泥厂高温、高粉尘、腐蚀性强的特点,选用水泥厂专用仪器仪表进行自动检测,利用计算机集散控制系统对整个生产流程进行监控。

The Design of Automatic Control in Cement Production Process

This paper introduces that the automatic control plays an important role in improving the yield of cement, controlling the quality of clinker, reducing the emission of dust during the new suspension preheater kiln production. Considering the high temperature, high dust, and corrosive, we adopt Cement-specific instrument for automatic detection, and the computer distributed control system is also used to monitor the entire production process.
