摘    要:为减少用户使用产品时出现人为差错的概率,提高产品的使用效率,建立了面向人为差错的多通道约束匹配模型。分别从认知层面与执行层面对造成人为差错的因素进行探讨,应用基于假设的真值维护系统理论得到3种差错类型,分别为认知错误、认知失效和操作失误。从视觉、听觉和触觉3个通道为产品加载设计约束,构造问题求解器,建立差错类型环境与通道类型集合的映射关系,从而得到多通道约束匹配模型,实现非单调推理。以某品牌车载导航仪为例,提取人为差错因子,基于多通道约束匹配模型架构建立导航任务过程中的面向人为差错的多通道约束子模型,并通过该子模型找到导航出错的有效约束,从而减少车载导航仪在使用过程中产生的人为差错,提升车载导航仪使用绩效。建立面向人为差错的多通道约束匹配模型,为减少用户使用产品出现人为差错提供了基础研究架构。

Abstract:In order to reduce the probability of human error and improve the efficiency of using the product,a multi-channel constraint matching model for human error was established.Three types of errors,including cognitive error,cognitive failure and operational error,were obtained by using the theory of assumption-based truth maintenance system.For human error,a problem solver was built by applying design constraints on product loading from three channels:visual,auditory and tactile,and a mapping relationship was established between the error type environment and the channel type set,so as to obtain a multi-channel constraint matching model for non-monotone reasoning.Taking the intelligent vehicle navigation display as an example,the representation of human error factors was extracted and the navigation error-multi-channel constraint sub-model was established in the course of navigation task according to the multi-channel constraint matching model architecture of human error,and through this sub-model,the effective constraints of navigation errors were found,so as to reduce the human error in the use of navigation instrument and improve the performance of navigation instrument.The establishment of a multi-channel constraint matching model for human error provides a basic research framework for reducing human error in using products.
