摘    要:以高压气体为俘能和传力介质,针对卡车设计一种新的馈能主动双作用悬架系统。该悬架系统传动机构选用螺母安装方式为偏心式的滚珠丝杠机构,气缸作为作动器。首先,以伯努利方程为基础,得到气缸等效弹簧刚度和阻尼力表征的统一方程,建立悬架数学模型并进行了动力学仿真分析;其次,采用滑模控制算法,进行了主动悬架滑模控制器的设计,并在Matlab/Simulink环境中进行建模仿真,将主动悬架和被动悬架的车身加速度、悬架动行程和轮胎动位移3个指标作了比较分析;仿真结果表明:在相同的路面输入下,气体介质馈能主动悬架对改善汽车行驶平顺性和提高乘坐舒适性有较好的效果。

Abstract:A new type of active double-acting energy-regenerative suspension with high-pressure gas as energy capture and force transfer medium was designd for trucks.The transmission mechanism of the suspension system was a ball screw mechanism installed eccentrically by nuts,and the actuator was a compression cylinder.Firstly,based on Bernoulli equation,a unified equation for the characterization of the equivalent spring stiffness and damping force of the cylinder was obtained,and the suspension mathematical model was established and the dynamic simulation analysis was carried out.Subsequently,the sliding mode control algorithm was used to design the sliding film controller of the active suspension.Modeling and simulation were carried out in the environment of Matlab/Simulink.The acceleration of the active and passive suspensions,the dynamic travel of the suspension and the dynamic displacement of the tire were compared and analyzed.Finally,the simulation results show that under the same road input,the gas medium energy-regenerative active suspension had a good effect on improving ride comfort.
