| Abstract: | More and more small and midsize growing enterprises recognize the great effect of ERP system.Introduces an ERP implementation project of a small and midsize textile enterprise.First,describe the implementation plan and approach.Second,discuss the requirement analysis,business process improvement and blueprint design.Third,give the project implementation result and application benefit.Hope that those discusses could be used for reference for the enterprise informatization of small and midsize growing enterprises. |
