汽车振动系统的虚拟样机仿真及试验研究

摘    要:应用面向整体系统的虚拟样机的概念,将研究对象分解为多个子系统,设计车辆行驶的路面特性文件和轮胎特性文件,建立某型空气悬架客车的虚拟样机仿真模型,进行平顺性仿真。结合试验,测试车身上相应位置的加速度值,然后利用编制的计算软件,计算加权加速度均方根值。将理论计算与实车的道路试验进行对比研究表明,仿真结果和实测结果接近,一定程度验证了所建立的多体动力学模型的正确性,对于产品的开发与改进具有一定的指导价值。

Abstract:Based on the idea of virtual prototype that faces to the whole part,the research object is divided into several subsystems.By designing the road and tyre characteristic files according with automobile's running the virtual prototype of some kind of passenger automobile which is equipped with air suspension.Then the simulation of comfortable capability is carried.Through the experiment the acceleration value of some locations on the body is tested and the estimation target is calculated using the software the author compiled.The simulation result is near to the testing result comparing the theory calculation with the road experiment,so the experiment proves that the multi-body dynamics model is correct.The work is valuable to the development and improvement of products.
