| 摘 要： | 以油酸和正丁醇、乙二醇为原料合成的油酸丁酯、油酸乙二醇酯混合物,具有优良的润滑性和良好的耐磨性,添加 在齿轮切削油中,不仅可使工件的加工质量显著提高,同时延长了齿轮刀具的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Oleic acid is of high adsorption and good anti-wear,and oleic acid ester was synthesized by using oleic acid and CH 3CH 2CH 2CH 2OH in the medium of(CH 2OH) 2.The result showed that gear cutting fluid made of oleic acid ester with good lubricating performances.,which improved the quality of gear cutting in a great degree. |
