QYLC10重型数控机床进给驱动系统设计与仿真

摘    要:根据机械动力学原理,考虑进给丝杠轴的弹性,建立QYLC10重型数控机床进给驱动系统的数学模型,分析进给轴的刚度对系统性能的影响.基于MATLAB软件利用阿克曼极点配置法设计系统的状态反馈控制器,建立进给驱动系统的状态空间仿真模型,对极点配置的可行性进行仿真分析.研究结果表明:进给驱动系统的刚度越低,系统的稳定性越差;利用阿克曼极点配置法可以把进给系统的闭环极点设置在任何期望的位置上,有效克服了进给系统刚度不足对稳定性的不利影响,使系统获得更理想的动态性能.所进行的研究对于其他高阶系统或多输入/多输出系统的控制器设计具有参考价值.

Abstract:In terms of mechanical dynamics principle the mathematical model of QYLC10 heavy NC machine tool feed actuation system was built up when flexibility of feed screw shaft considered.The effect of feed shaft siffness on system performances was analyzed.Based MATLAB software the system state feedback controller was designed by applying Ackermann pole assignment method.The state space simulation model of the feed actuation system was constituted.The simulation analysis for feasibility of pole assignment was carried out.The research results illustrate that the lower stiffness feed actuation system,and the worse system stability.By Ackermann pole assignment method the closed-loop poles can be assigned on any desired position.It effectively gets over the disadvantage impact of feed system stiffness shortage on stability.So the system could acquire more perfect dynamic characteristics.Has reference value for the controller designs of other high order system and MIMO system.
