电动负载模拟器的建模与混合校正策略

摘    要:为拓展舵机负载模拟器的频宽,构建采用力矩、电流双闭环控制策略的伺服系统,在分析负载模拟器工作原理的基础上,建立该电动负载模拟器的数学模型,扫频试验验证该数学模型的有效性。基于系统的频率特性分析,提出采用极点配置和前馈补偿的混合校正策略,仿真和试验结果表明,该校正策略能显著改善系统的静态加载性能,系统频宽可达10Hz,静态加载精度可限制在10%以内。

Abstract:In order to increase the bandwidth of a load simulator employed in rudders,the torque-current double closed-loop control strategy is used to establish the servo system.Mathematical model is built by analyzing the principle of a load simulator.Results of the swept frequency experiments validate the validity of the model.Based on the frequency characteristic analysis of the system,a mixed revision strategy including pole placement and feedforward compensation is introduced.Results of the simulations and exper...
