钣金件模具在冲压过程中的变形分析

摘    要:钣金件模具在钣金件的冲压成形过程中起着举足轻重的作用。模具在金属成形过程中的塑性变形通常被忽略,然而有些钣金件加工精密程度要求较高,模具变形成为影响工件成形质量的重要因素。基于拉格朗日的弹塑性本构方程建立有限元模型,对模具在工件挤压过程中的变形进行有限元数值仿真,结果表明,在要求精度不高的金属塑性成形中,模具冲头可以按照刚体处理,而在精密成形中必须考虑模具变形对成形件质量的影响,选择的模具冲头材料应具有较大的刚度。为实际生产工艺的制定和模具设计等提供重要的理论参考依据。

Abstract:The sheetmetal dies play an important role in the punching process of sheetmetals.The plastic deformation of dies,forming in the process of punching,is usually neglected.However,because of the higher reguirement for the machining precision of some sheetmetals,the deformation of dies produces a great influence on forming quality of workpieces.Based on Langalarane elastic and plastic constitutive equations,a FEM model is set up to simulate the deformation of die occurred in the process of workpiece squeeze.The simulation results show that the dies can be reqarded as rigid bodys in the process of metal plastic forming when the precision requirements are lower and the deformation of die influenced on the quality of workpieces should be taken into account in the process of precision forming.It provides an important theoretical base for working out practical technological process of the products and designing dies.
