| 摘 要： | 以起重机卷筒数字化设计为例,分析SolidWorks三维数字化设计的特点,针对其在转化为工程图时可能出现的问题,提出了基于添加辅助线(点)装配草图的数字化工程图模板制作方法;以VB6.0软件为工具,结合Access数据库技术,解决了参数化模型中经常遇到的视图比例、视图位置、尺寸位置、尺寸精度和线形比例等方面的问题;在工程图的处理过程中采用了数据库技术,使得该方法简单精确,容易操作,有利于该技术的实施.

| Abstract: | Take the digital design crane reel as example,analysis of SolidWorks digital designs characteristics is showed.To solve the problems that might encounter when generate drawing from those model,the method of making digital drawing template based on assembly draft with addition line(point) was proposed.The problem of digital model generated drawings,such as view scale;view position;dimensions position;dimensions precision;line type scale,which often encounter were solved with VB 6.0 as a tool.Database technology was employed during the whole process,which is conducive to the implementation of the technology and makes the method simple and precise,easy to operate. |
