电流密度对稀土镁合金膜层性能的影响

摘    要:在相同的工艺条件下,采用微弧氧化处理稀土镁合金,分析电流密度对稀土镁合金表面陶瓷膜层的厚度、硬度、绝缘性,以及耐腐蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着电流密度的增加,生成膜层的厚度和硬度均呈现增加的趋势,但绝缘性和耐腐蚀性能却呈现抛物线的变化规律。

Abstract:Under the same conditions,the magnesium alloy with rare earth was treated by micro arc oxidation,and the influence of the current density on the coating properties including the thickness,hardness,insulation and resistance to corrosion of the coating was researched.The results show that the thickness and hardness of coating generated all increase with the current density,and that the insulation and corrosion resistance have a parabolic variation.
