焊接表面裂纹J积分直接测试法研究

摘    要:对半椭圆形表面裂纹弹塑性断裂力学参量J积分的直接测试方法进行了深入分析,并在此基础上,实际测试了存在于均匀母材试样及力学性能不均匀的高匹配焊接接头焊缝区的表面裂纹的断裂力学参量J积分。

Abstract:The direct evaluation system of the elasti-plastic fracture mechanics parameter for semi-elliptical surface cracks is developed. Based on the system, surface cracked tensile panels were instnnnented with strain gages and the J-integral of surface cracks at base metals and weld metals in overmatched weldments with mechanical heterogeneity have been investigated. It is shown that the direct evaluation system can be used to study the effects of welding mechanical heterogeneity on the fracture mechanical parameter of weldments with surface crack, and that the elastic-plastic fracture mechanics parameter J-integral increases with the decreasing of the matching ratios of welded joints.
