旋转机械的全信息能量谱分析方法研究

摘    要:对旋转机械回转能量谱进行研究。建立回转能量谱的概念,定义两种全矢能量谱,导出全矢能量谱基于复合信号的简洁计算公式,并将其应用于实际故障诊断系统中。实践表明,全矢能量谱作为对转子涡动信号处理的能量分析方法,对于旋转机械故障诊断是非常实用的分析工具。

Abstract:The rotatory energy spectrum of the rotatory machinery is studied. The concept of rotatory energy spectrum is established. Two kinds of full vector energy spectrums are defined, the simple calculation equations of full vector energy spectrums based on complex signals are derived, and they have been applied to the actually fault diagnosis systems. It has been shown that the full vector energy spectrums are a very practical analysis tool to fault diagnosis of rotary machinery as a energy analysis method to process whirl signal of rotors.
