各向异性导电胶蠕变-恢复力学行为研究

摘    要:对固化后的各向异性导电胶膜,利用动态力学分析仪分别在不同温度和应力下进行拉伸蠕变-恢复实验.实验发现, 提高加载应力水平和升高实验温度均起到加速蠕变和加速恢复的作用;加载和卸载瞬时产生的应变跳跃值随应力和温度的增加而增大,且与应力增量呈线性关系.本研究为建立本构模型以及利用有限元软件进行模拟计算提供数据支持.

Abstract:Creep-recovery experiments at different temperatures and stress levels were performed for cured anisotropic conductive adhesive film (ACF) on dynamic mechanical analyzer. These results show that with the increase of stress level and experimental temperature, the creep and recovery process of ACF are accelerated, and the strain jump value increases at instantaneous loading and unloading. The strain jump value is proportional to the increment of stress. These data are useful for constitutive model study and finite element analysis of ACF.
