寿命型到成败型数据的等效折算

针对混合系统可靠性评估的困难,提出均值置信限等效原则来进行寿命型数据(如指数分布、Weibull分布等)到成败型数据折算.该方法克服了矩匹配法的缺点,后者的折算误差通常较大,属于该类方法的均值方差法和evaluationfunction方法(EF方法)也难以推广到Weibull分布情形,Bayes方法又依赖于验前信息.文中所提出的方法很容易应用到Weibull分布的情形,而且对于工程中重点关注的可靠度点估计和置信下限估计,折算前后也保持了一致性.以指数分布和Weibull分布到成败型的折算为例进行推导,并通过3个算例证明该方法的有效性.
