随机应力循环下结构疲劳寿命和可靠性的计算

摘    要:将以往对应力循环二维分布特性的研究转化为对一次应力损伤一维分布特性的研究,基于应力损伤的Markov性,研究了一次应力损伤服从指数分布时就总损伤的分布规律,给了了结构疲劳寿命和可靠性的计算方法,文末给出了本文方法在300t转炉倾动机构疲劳设计中的应用。

Abstract:Instead of studying the two parameter stress cycle distribution, the fatigue damage distribution under one stress cycle is studied in this paper. The total fatigue damage distribution is also analyzed in the condition of fatigue damage under one stress cycle exponential distribution, based on a Markov chain of the fatigue damage. The fatigue life and reliability evaluations of structures subjected to random stress are also deduced. At last, this method is applied to the fatigue design for a 300 t converter vessel tilting mechanism.
