缺陷尺寸模糊表征方法

摘    要:准确测定结构材料中缺陷的尺寸是断裂力学手损伤容限设计在工程中应用的前提。但是,工程实际中无损检测得到的缺陷尺寸与真实缺陷尺寸之间相差较大,有时还将缺陷尺寸测成“0”毫米,即造成漏检。并且不同人员对同一缺陷进行检测时,得到的缺陷尺寸之间也存在较大差异。当根据不同人员检测出的缺陷尺寸结构进行断裂力学分析时,将会得出不同的结果,没有一致性,甚至出现根据甲的检测尺寸得出安全的结论,而根据乙的检测尺寸又得出

Abstract:Determining precisely flaw sizes of structural materials is the basis of the application of fracture mechanics and damage tolerance design to the engineering. When a flaw is inspected by nondestructive testing (NIYl) persons in engineering practice, the measured flaw sizes are usually different, even the flaw is regarded as length zero (or extremely small). If the structural reliability or safety is assessed according to the measured sizes of the flaw,the results are different ~ even mutually contradictory. A method for fuzzy characterization of flaw sizes is presented in this paper on the basis of the fuzzy theory of NDT. By this method, a flaw size of structures or structural components can be determined with high precision, and different sizes of the flaw measured by different persons or equipment can be fused to improve greatly measure precision of the flaw. The method is also verified by detailed tear down inspections of specimens,
