摘    要:通过对文中所及球罐使用状况及检验情况的讨论,对该球罐裂纹的产生原因、安全性和剩余寿命进行了分析。认为该球罐裂纹产生属氢致延迟裂纹,并给出了球罐容限裂纹尺寸和安全疲劳寿命。

Abstract:Through discussions of the utilizing situation and inspecting circumstances of a spherical container in the paper, its crack producing reason, defect safety and residual life have been analyzed. The crack produced in the spherical container is believed to be hydrogen induced delayed crack. The acceptable crack sizes of the spherical container and safety fatigue life have been given in the paper.
