摘    要:用系统分析的方法,在线跟踪观察40Cr钢的三点弯曲疲劳损伤过程。实验结果表明,用系统分析的方法提取损伤参数,能够反映材料的三点弯曲疲劳损伤整个过程;实验结果也从一个方面验证了双线性损伤规律的合理性。此外在相同的实验条件下,损伤参数直观、敏感地反应出试样表面状态等因素对疲劳寿命的影响。

Abstract:A calculation model of fatigue damage was proposed using system analysis method and the parameter of fatigue damage was obtained. The way can detected fatigue damage on line. Three-point-bending fatigue test have been applied to investigate fatigue damage parameter of 40Cr steel.Relationships between the fatigue damage parameter and detection of fatigue damage were discussed and illustrated. The results of the test reveal that the system analysis method is effective ,the method can specify the initial condition of the material fatigue damage. It determines the number of cycles to the crack generation N 0 and crack propagation time in three-point-bending fatigue test.
