| 摘 要： | 本文针对烟草制丝线电子皮带秤在生产过程中易受皮带效应、温度效应等影响皮重而产生计量误差、耐久性不好的缺点，提出一种新型电子皮带秤，能够在线监测皮重并实时对皮重进行补偿，以提高电子皮带秤的计量精度和长期稳定性。

The application of self-tracking electronic belt scale with three rollers and six sensors in the tobacco manufacturing line |

| Abstract: | During the tabacco producing process, the belt effect as well as temperature effect could easily affect the tare weight of scale. This impact could produce the measurement error. The text focus on a new belt scale which could avoid of the shortcoming of measurement error together with the poor durability. This scale belt could on-line monitor the tare weight and make real-time compensation. Furthermore, it could improve the measurement precision and long-term stability. |
