电子台架秤在钢铁行业的应用

本文简单介绍了电子台架秤在钢铁行业线材轧制生产线上的应用工艺,对某钢厂改造前的秤体结构进行分析,介绍了金钟公司SCS-10-GX电子台架秤结构组成及安装方法。称重传感器采用桥式高温称重传感器,采用自动补偿的高温应变计、高温粘接剂、高温焊锡与高温专用电缆,结合特殊的制造工艺和特殊的补偿元件,保证在高温环境中的称量精度和可靠性;桥式称重传感器钢球传力结构加拉杆限位结构,抗冲击及抗侧向力性能良好,安装调试方便。改造后计量性能稳定,为用户解决了每捆线材在线准确称重的问题,实现了对轧机进行反馈,线材重量偏差得到有效控制。

Application of Electronic Platform Scale in Steel Industry

This paper briefly introduces the application technology of electronic platform scale in wire rolling production line of steel industry,analyzes the structure of scale body before transformation of a steel mill,and introduces the structure composition and installation method of scs-10-gx electronic platform scale in Jinzhong company.The weighing sensor adopts bridge type high temperature weighing sensor,using automatic compensation high temperature strain gauge,high temperature adhesive,high temperature solder and high temperature special cable,combining with special manufacturing technology and special compensation element,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of weighing in high temperature environment;Bridge type weighing sensor steel ball transmission force structure and gallagher bar limit structure,good impact and lateral force resistance performance,easy installation and debugging.After the transformation,the measurement performance is stable,solving the problem of accurate online weighing of each bundle of wire for users,realizing the feedback of rolling mill,and effectively controlling the wire weight deviation.
