摘    要:静重式力标准机属于实物标准,检定时用的传递标准器为非实物标准的标准测力仪。由于标准测力仪存在不稳定性、蠕变、漂移等诸多因素,检定人员即使完全按检定规程对力标准机进行操作,若操作程序不科学同样会引起非常大测量不确定度。通过分析,为静重式力标准机检定时不确定度评定估计提供一种方法。

Uncertainty analysis method of dead-weight force standard machine A-B-A verification method
Abstract:Dead-weight force standard machine belongs to objective standards.Verification with transfer standard is an objective standard dynamometer.Because the standard dynamometer has the instability,creep,drift and other factors,test staff even entirely according to the verification regulation of force standard machine operation,if the operation procedure is not scientific,it can also cause very big uncertainty of measurement.This article provides a method for the dead-weight force standard machine measurement uncertainty estimation through analysis.
