摘    要:选择WDW-5万能试验机作为小冲杆试验机的基础机身,并在此基础上进行设计。添加了管式炉与液氮箱来分别作为加热装置与制冷装置,设计了新的夹具,选用声发射技术作为常温时裂纹监测的手段。新型的小冲杆试验机能够在-175℃~800℃下进行试验,并能在常温试验时实时监测裂纹状态。

Abstract:The design for the small punch testing machine is carried out based on the WDW-5 universal testing machine which is selected as the base fuselage.Tube furnace is added as the heating device and liquid nitrogen box is added as the cooling device.A new clamp has been designed,and the acoustic emission technology is adopted as a means of crack monitoring at room temperature.The test can be preformed during-175℃-800℃ on the new small punch testing machine,and it can real-timely monitor the state of the crack when the test is performed at room temperature.
