测力传感器分路校准改进方法的校准误差研究

摘    要:在飞机结构强度试验中,测力传感器通常采用分路校准方法来检验其准确性,为了减少试验中更换校准电阻的工作量,提出了一种测力传感器分路校准改进方法,并在试验中得到验证。本文以该改进方法为基础,对该方法的校准误差进行深入研究,理论推导出校准电阻与校准误差的关系,进而确定了更换校准电阻导致校准误差变化的趋势和范围,并通过试验验证了理论分析结论的正确,为验证该改进方法的准确性和可行性提供了重要理论依据,对该改进方法在飞机结构强度试验中的应用有参考指导意义。

Abstract:In aircraft structural strength tests,the shunt-calibration method is usually used to verify the accuracy of load cells.In order to reduce the workload of calibration resistances in tests,the improved shunt-calibration method of load cells is proposed.The improved method is also verified in the aircraft structural strength tests.Based on the improved shunt-calibration method,the calibration error is deeply studied in this paper.The relation between calibration resistance and calibration error is deduced theoretically.Then the transformation trend and range of calibration error caused by changing different calibration resistances are confirmed.The accuracy of the theoretical analysis conclusion is verified in the aircraft structural strength tests,which provides an important theoretical basis for verifying the accuracy and feasibility of the improved method.It is important that the improved shunt-calibration method is applied in aircraft structural strength tests.
