基于I-DEAS的轴系临界转速有限元分析

摘    要:风机轴的设计,除必须进行强度计算外,还需要确定轴的临界转速1-2],以避免轴系共振。本文通过一简单算例,即采用I-DEAS软件中梁单元模拟和三维实体单元模拟分别计算轴系临界转速3-4]。通过对计算值与实测值进行比较分析后发现,采用I-DEAS软件中梁单元模拟和实体单元模拟计算轴系临界转速,均能满足工程精度需要,但实体单元模拟计算轴系临界转速的准确性更高。

Abstract:The design of fan shaft is needed to determine the critical speed of shaft to avoid shaft resonance besides the necessary strength calculation. In this paper, aiming at a simple calculating example that adopting beam element simulation and three-dimensional solid element simulation in software I-DEAS to calculate critical speed of shaft separately. Based on the comparison and analysis between calculating values and measured values, it is found that the calculation of shaft critical speed by beam element simulation and solid element simulation in software I-DEAS both can meet the engineering accuracy requirement, and the accuracy is higher by solid element simulation.
