| 摘 要： | 研制一种新型的专用于棕榈油的油脂熔点测定仪,阐述其工作原理以及软硬件设计。将该仪器应用于棕榈硬脂、棕榈油、棕榈液油多种样品熔点的测定,结果表明油脂熔点测定仪的精密度良好,相对标准偏差小于1.3%(n=7),同时与国家标准方法进行对比,结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | A novel automated melting point apparatus was designed and applied to determination the melting point of the palm oil.The principle and designs of hardware and software of the apparatus were introduced.The apparatus has been successfully applied to the determination of melting point of palm stearin,palm oil and palm olein.The precision of the results were good,the relative standard deviation lower than 1.3%(n=7).The results obtained by the apparatus method are in good agreement with the results obtained by the national standard method. |
