摘    要:现代傅立叶变换技术应用于近红外仪器上是近红外仪器技术发展的一次飞跃,近红外分析技术的应用已从最早的农业、食品品质分析逐步向石油化工、制药、高分子、烟草、微生物发酵、纺织等行业的质量控制、品质保证和在线分析方面拓展,其重要性越来越受到这些行业的重视,逐步成为这些领域的主要质量控制手段。本文主要介绍近红外分析技术的发展、基本原理、现代傅立叶变换近红外仪器技术的特点以及在研究、生产领域中应用。

Abstract:It is the one leap on the NIR instrument technology that the Fourier Transform technology was applied to the NIR instrument. The applications of NIR analysis have been extended from quality analysis of agriculture, and food to the QA/QC and on line analysis in the petroleum chemistry, pharmaceutical, polymer, tobacco, microorganism ferment, and textile.The importance of the NIR analysis has been regarded and it will become the mainly means of QA/QC in these fields.The development of FT-NIR instrument and its advantages, the basic theory of NIR analysis and the applications of NIR analysis in production and research have been introduced in this article.
