摘    要:研究在pH为8.0的NH3.H2O-K2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲溶液中4-氨基安替比林与苯酚的显色反应。在pH=8.0的缓冲溶液中,苯酚与4-氨基安替比林和铁氰化钾反应生成黄色染料,用三氯甲烷萃取后,其λmax为460nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.1×104L.moL-1.cm-1。苯酚质量浓度在0~6mg/mL范围内服从比尔定律。本方法用于测定废水中的苯酚时,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The method of determining phenol is studied.In NH_3·H_2O-K_2HPO_4-KH_2PO_4 buffer solution of pH=8.0,phenol can reacts with 4-aminoantipyrin and potassium ferricyanide to form a yellow substance and can be determined by spectrophotometry at 460nm,the apparent molar absorptivity 2.1×10_4L·moL~(-1)·cm~(-1).Beer's law is obeyed for the mass concentration of phenol in the range of 0~6mg/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of phenol in waster water with satisfactory results.
