| Abstract: | This paper reviews the development of modem nuclear analytical techniques in recent years in China. It includes various methods of nuclear analytical techniques, such as neutron activation analysis, synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence analysis, scanning proton induced X-ray emission analysis and scanning tunneling microscope , for determination of trace elements of biological samples and their application to life science. |
