摘    要:采用HPLC法测定甲磺酸帕珠沙星中的光学异构体。采用色谱柱Inertsil ODS-35μm 4.6×250mm;流动相为乙腈:0.2mol/L无水柠檬酸(pH3.0):水(每100 mL水中加D-苯丙胺酸0.15g,加氯化铜0.15g溶解后混匀)=8∶1∶92;检测波长322nm,流速1.5mL/min。在0.10~0.30μg范围内,主药峰面积与进样量线性关系良好,r=0.9999。用HPLC法测定甲磺酸帕珠沙星中光学异构体,方法简便,专属性及重现性好。

Abstract:Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of Pazufloxacin mesilate and its optical isomer.The HPLC system consisted of Inertsil ODS-3 Column(Diamonsil 4.6 mm×250mm,5um) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile:0.2moL·L~(-1)anhydrous citric acid(pH3.0) :water(D-phenylalanine0.15g and cupric chloride 0.15g ·100moL ~(-1))=(8∶1∶92).The flow rate was 1.5mL·min~(-1) and detected at 322nm.The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.10~0.30μg,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9999.The proposed method is convenience,selective and reproducible,and can be used to determination of Pazufloxacin mesilate and its optical isomer.
