电化学方法制备Cu_2O微晶及其形貌控制

摘    要:以简单的电化学方法在碱性NaCl溶液中以金属铜片为阳极,石墨片为阴极,Na_2Cr_2O_2为添加剂制备Cu_2O微晶,对制备的产品用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED)和紫外吸收光谱(UV-vis)进行表征。结果表明除Cu_2O本身的属性以外,溶液的pH值对它的形貌也产生很大的影响,并讨论Cu_2O微晶的形成机理。

Abstract:Cuprous oxide (Cu_2O) microcrystals have been successfully synthesized via a facile electrochemical method in alkaline NaCl solutions with copper plate as anode graphite plate as cathode and K_2Cr_2O_7 as additive. The synthesized products were systematically studied by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),selected area electron diffraction (SAED) and ultraviolet-visible spectrum (UV-vis).The results show that the pH values play important roles in the morphology control besides the crystal habit of cuprous oxide.The possible mechanism has been explored in the article.
