摘    要:花椒药食两用,资源丰富,应用范围广泛。花椒中含有多酚类成分,具有多种功能活性,在食品、医药、卫生等领域有着广阔的应用前景。文章概述了近年来我国花椒多酚提取及其功能活性研究进展,为花椒多酚开发应用及进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:Zanthoxylum Bungeagum is a dual-purpose resource for medicine and food,which was abundant in China and possessed a wide application range of fields.Zanthoxylum Bungeagum contained plant polyphenols components,which had a variety of functional activities.And Zanthoxylum Bungeagum polyphenols has attractive prospect on the application of food,pharmaceutical,and medical areas.Based on the literature learning method and summarization,the domestic research progresses on the extraction and Functional Activities of Zanthoxylum Bungeagum polyphenols were reviewed,which provided a reference for Zanthoxylum Bungeagum polyphenols further research and development.
