摘    要:随着生活水平的提高,食用菌已经成为老百姓餐桌上的常见的蔬菜之一。近年来,食用菌安全问题不断出现,严重影响了食用菌产业的健康发展。制定高效、快速、准确的检测食用菌基质中污染物的方法,已经成为各级检测部门的迫切需求。文章通过使用原子荧光光谱法对食用菌基质中的砷、汞进行测定,为保障食用菌的安全提供了必要的依据和条件。

Abstract:With the improvement of living standard,edible fungus has become one of the common vegetables on the table of common people.In recent years,the safety problems of edible fungi have been emerging,which has seriously affected the healthy development of edible mushroom industry.It has become an urgent need for all levels of detection departments to develop an efficient,rapid and accurate method for the detection of pollutants in the mushroom substrate.In this paper,through the use of atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine arsenic and mercury in the edible mushroom matrix,it provides the necessary basis and conditions for the safety of edible fungi.
