食品中菌落总数能力验证结果分析与探讨

摘    要:通过参加能力验证,考察实验室能力水平,为提高检验员技术能力和实验室持续运行管理提供技术支撑。依据GB 4789.2-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验菌落总数测定》、能力验证参试指导书及测量审核作业指导书进行检测,对2份测试样品进行稀释、培养、计数。测试样品共2个,编号19-J306菌落总数结果为3.9×10^3,其对数形式为3.591;编号MA19-S822菌落总数结果为2.1×10^3,其对数形式为3.322。2个测试样品|Z|均小于2.0,结果评价均为满意。

Abstract:Through participating in proficiency testing,the ability level of inspection laboratory is inspected to improve the technical ability of inspectors and provide technical support for the continuous operation and management of laboratories.According to GB 4789.2-2016"national standards for food safety,food microbiology inspection,colony total number determination",the ability to verify the test instructions and the work instructions for the verification of measurement,two test samples were diluted,cultured and counted.There are two samples number 19-J306 results in 3.9×10^3 with a logarithmic form of 3.591,number MA19-S822 results in 2.1×10^3 with a logarithmic form of 3.322.The two samples|Z|are all less than 2.0,and the evaluation results are all satisfactory.
