光强调制型光纤压力测试仪的研制

摘    要:利用所研制的光纤测微仪与膜片压力传感器组成光强调制型光纤压力测试仪,实现对压力的测量。得到了压力传感器中压力与波纹膜片所产生的位移成线性关系的实验曲线,利用压力测试台对所研制的光纤压力测试仪进行了标定,并对所组成的光纤压力测试仪的测试结果进行了比较,得到了在0-3MPa的测量范围内测量测试系统的引用误差为0.7%的结论。

Abstract:The pressure measuring was achieved using the developed light-intensity-modulation fiber pressure testing instrument, which was composed by amesdial and diaphragm pressure sensor. The testing curve has been obtained, which shows the linearity of the pressure from the pressure sensor and the displacement from the convoluted diaphragm. The developed fiber pressure testing immanent has been calibrated with pressure test beard, and its measurement precision can reach 0.7 % in 0 - 3 MPa measurement range, by comparing and analyzing the test result.
