摘    要:聚合物锂离子电池广泛应用于各类便携式电子产品,电池的放电特性直接影响电子产品的可靠性。电池放电特性的人工检测方法既繁琐又容易出错,因此设计了智能电池放电特性检测系统,检测系统以MSP430单片机为控制核心,自动记录恒定电流放电时的电池电压及环境温度,设计了过放电保护电路防止电池过放电。使用该检测系统对多种容量的聚合物锂离子电池进行了放电试验,获得了电池在高温、低温和常温环境下的放电特性,为电子产品的工作可靠性提供了保障。

Abstract:Polymer lithium ion batteries are widely used in all kinds of portable electronic products;the discharge characteristics of the batteries directly influence the reliability of electronic products.The artificial detection method was tedious and easy to make mistakes,and so the intelligent battery discharge characteristics test instrument was designed.The test instrument took the MSP430 MCU as the control nucleus,and it can automatic recording the battery voltage and environmental temperature on the condition of constant current discharge.Discharge protection circuit was designed to prevent over discharge.Discharge tests were carried out on the polymer lithium ion battery with various capacities using the test instrument,and the system obtained the discharge characteristics of the battery at high temperature,low temperature and room temperature,these data can provide safeguard for the reliability of electronic products.
