摘    要:在连续冷轧机组的电气控制中,卷曲机控制精度在很大程度上影响产品的板形及厚度公差.由于卷曲机大部分工作在张力控制系统状态,无论张力力矩的给定,还是动态补偿力矩的计算都需要实时钢卷直径值,该直径是张力控制中极为重要的参数,因此准确实时得到卷径在带钢生产中是一个关键技术.文中介绍了一种卷曲机卷径计算的新方法,采用该方法对系统直径进行计算并修正后,系统张力保持稳定,运行可靠,克服了以往卷曲机张力不稳等现象,提高了成品率.

Abstract:In cold continue mill electric control system,the coiler control precision affects the finished shape and thickness tolerances.Because of the coiler control system mostly in a state of tension,regardless of the tension of a given moment,or the calculation of dynamic torque compensation need a real-time value of coiler diameter.The diameter of tension control is extremely important parameter,so be accurate in real-time volume production of trails in the strip is a key technology.In this paper,a new method of calculating diameter was introuduced,using this method,the tension control system was proved reliable and steady by realistic producing.It overcomes the phenomenon of instability tension and increases the ratio of finished product.
