FZ-10C型反力式滚筒制动试验台远程检测系统的设计

摘    要:为了加强汽车综合性能检测站的信息化管理,根椐有关要求首先对FZ-10C型欧式粘砂反力式滚筒制动试验台进行了计算机测控方面的升级改造试验。然后从FZ-10C型反力式滚筒制动试验台的制动原理、数据采集以及制动台与上位机之间的数据通信和制动检测软件的开发等方面进行了系统论述。最后对远程检测系统进行了试验论证。结果表明该设计方案基本上是成功的。该设计方法对于提高汽车综合性能检测站的服务水平具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:In order to enhance the information management of the automobile general performance detection station,the continental glutinous sand anti-force rolling brake testing platform have been upgraded on the computer control aspects according the relevant requirements.The braking principle,data collection and communication with the upper computer as well as the braking detection software exploitation process was put forward elaborately afterwards.At last,the remote detect system was validated by the experiment successfully.The design method has some referenced effects on improving the service ability of the automobile general performance detection station.
