摘    要:由于传统的烟气分析仪多采用红外气体分析方法,功耗大、稳定性差、造价高。而基于ARM的手持式多功能烟气测控仪,借助电化学传感器,以ARM为核心,以嵌入式uC/OS-II操作系统为软件平台,使用图形化编程语言UCGUI完成应用程序的设计,实现了人机交互、数据采集、数据分析与数据存储等功能。该测控仪满足了烟气分析仪对多种物理量信号采集分析的需求,经测试,烟气分析仪测量气体浓度的结果在2%精度之内,体现了嵌入式系统便携式、智能化、高精度、微型化的特点。

Abstract:Because the method of infrared gas analysis is adopoted to more traditional flue gas analyzer,it has the problem of power consumption,poor stability and high cost.The handheld multi-gas tester took ARM as its nuclear,uesd electrochemical sensors,with embedded uC/OS-Ⅱ as its software platform.The system used graphical programming language UCGUI to finish the design of application process,realizing the human-com-puter interface,data acquisition,analysing,storage,etc.This system can meet the requirement of the flue gas analyzer.The accuracy of gas concentrations measured by the flue gas analyzer is controlled within 2%.This reflects the portable embedded systems,intelligence,precision and miniaturization characteristics.
