摘    要:目前钻井井场柴油油耗管理难点主要表现在:井场属于易燃易爆场所;井队工作流动性强;不同井柴油用量不固定;仪表工作环境恶劣。监控系统以STC单片机为主控制器,通过超声波流量计读取输油管道内柴油瞬时流量和累计流量等相关参数;利用DS18B20温度传感器实时监测系统中各箱体内的温度,出现异常情况时,及时报警;最后由GPRS通讯模块将采集到的数据传输到控制中心管理系统,由此实现燃油流量自动监控功能。

Abstract:The difficulty points in the diesel oil consumption management of drilling well site are that,drilling well site is a flammable and combustible place and the job nature of it is mobile,and the instrument working conditions are poor.The monitoring system used STC MCU as the main controller,got instantaneous flow rate and accumulated flow via ultrasonic flow-meter.With the temperature transmitter,it can achieve the real-time temperature measurement in each box,as long as there is exceptional situation,warning immediately.All data are transmitted by GPRS communication module to the control center,thus it can realize the function of drilling fuel flow monitoring.
