基于ARM与DSP的科里奥利粉料流量测控系统

摘    要:针对目前单处理器科里奥利粉料流量测控系统处理器工作负担重且测量信号传输距离受限的现状,文中提出了基于ARM与DSP双处理器的新型测控系统,并且给出了具体的硬件及软件设计方法。采用基于ARM与DSP双处理器的结构以后,将测控系统测量单元与控制单元相分离,使得测控系统的安装更加方便、灵活,测量信息的传输更加准确,并且降低了控制单元处理器的工作负担,并满足系统软件的升级要求。

Abstract:In the single processor Corey Ollie powder flow measure and control system,the processor work a heavy burden and the measure signal transmission distance is limited.In view of this situation,this paper put forward a new measure and control system based on ARM and DSP double processor.After using the double processor structure that based on ARM and DSP,the measure unit and control unit were separated.This makes the measure and control system of the installation more convenient and flexible,the measurement information transmit more accurate,reduce the work burden of the control unit processor and meet the requirement of system software upgrade.
