摘    要:提出利用Fabry-Perot干涉结构测量压电晶体的特性曲线,即利用光纤Fabry-Perot干涉腔将PZT的径向(或长度)的变化转为相位的变化,再通过光电转换进行电信号的处理得到相位所对应的PZT陶瓷径向(或长度)的变化,文章给出实测的实验室用PZT曲线。实验表明:该方法简单、测量精度高且能实现实时测量。

Abstract:Piezocrystal is applied widely in the optical measurement, precision engineering and study of optical fiber sensor. In this paper, the characteristic curve of piezocrystal is measured with the Fabry-Perot structure. The Fabry-Perot interferential cave consisting of optical fiber end and PZT surface turns the displacement change of PZT to optical phase change, The phototube and signal presses system inverse the phase change to the displacement change. Here, the characteristic curve of piezocrystal used in our laboratory proves that the measurement method is correct.
