摘    要:】介绍了一种利用单片机为核心、以光纤为传感器的新型便携式表面粗糙度测量仪的测量原理,硬件电路及软件设计。该仪器具有工作效率高、体积小、测量可靠、操作方便、成本低等特点,特别适用于生产现场的成批零件检验或抽检。

Abstract:This paper introduces the theory, construction of system and software design of a new portable measuring instrument to surface roughness with microcomputer as controller and optical fiber as sensor. This instrument has many advantages such as high efficiency, easy to use, high probability of test, low cost and small in volume. It is very usable to examine large quantity of parts at production sites or spot check.
