汽车电控喷气控制系统中传感器的设计

摘    要:提出了一种用于汽车电喷系统中精确控制喷气量的传感器设计方案,以差动电感式位移传感器替代进口产品中采用的多线圈电位器,作为气门开度位置传感器检测喷气阀的开度信息。与国外同类产品比较,所研发的汽车电控喷气控制系统传感器性能相当,工作可靠,成本低。

Abstract:This paper presented a new design approach of the sensor in automobile electronically controlled gas-injection control system,which was used to control gas discharge rate accurately.It replaced the multi-coil potentiometer in imported products with differential inductive displacement sensor to measure the opening information of gas-injection value.Compared with imported alike products,the system adopting the new sensor has the same performance,better stability and cheaper cost.
